LEADERSHIP IN THE CITY
Last night our guest speaker was Councillor Paula Southgate who gave a presentation entitled, 'Leadership in the City'. It is clear that Paula is very passionate about this city and its people. She believes strongly that our best days are ahead of us. With over 25 years in community, regional, national and local government leadership, she explained that she is ready to lead Hamilton to a better future for all.
"Governance is a challenging environment, but I believe robust debate is healthy. Good leadership is about looking for win-win outcomes and harnessing the potential of people." Southgate said.
